Cozy bedroom with a Queen bed, bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo and laundry area. The ultra-functional kitchen includes everything you need. In the living room, featuring a fireplace and large smart TV, you have an ultra-comfortable Queen sofa bed.
The office nook allows you to work remotely in comfort, with ultra-fast WiFi access and multiple power outlets, USB and USB-C ports within easy reach.
Lastly, there is a highly practical coffee-bar area with an integrated microwave, coffee maker, and storage space.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on our back terrace with a view of Mont-Orford. The gaz BBQ on the front terrace is available for your use at any time.
Private entrance and parking space. Access to electric vehicle charging stations is also available.

Cozy et idéal
J’ai séjourné dans le condo de Florence pour 2 nuits. Le logement est super bien équipé, très fonctionnel, cosy, neuf et très propre. C’est idéal pour une personne ou 2. La terrasse est très agréable. La communication avec Florence a été parfaite. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrais avec plaisir à l’occasion.

The chalet had everything we needed. The building/area was quiet, the beds were comfy, & we had an overall great weekend staying here.

Outstanding Orford !
Absolutely outstanding property. Host thought of very need and was easy to communicate with. Location was central within easy access to many activities. The village has a lovely fibe with lots of local establishments. Just had an amazing meal at Les Domes at Koz Bistro. Have also has several great meals at La Memphre Microbrasserie in Magog. Other meals, breakfasts at La Mie D'Orford (and take out bakery goods). Also a Friday evening favourite for beer and snacks, has been Canton Brasse. Another ski and skate today. Condo has been great!

Very good place to stay !
Very good place to stay, have everything we need there, easy to find! Super comfortable! Highly recommended! Good place! We were so happy to stay there for 3 nights, We had a great skiing experience and it was very comfortable to return to this place that felt like home.🫶 January 2025

The perfect little chalet
Florence's chalets are cozy, accomodating, with every amenity one could hope for. My personal favorite was the coffee and tea station, it was the perfect way to start mornings. 1/8/2025
